Important!
Registration will open on 12th July, at 17:00 in the Grand Hotel Union Grand Foyer. The registration will be followed by Icebreaker reception at Grand Hotel Union Garden at 19:00 - be sure not to miss it.

There are different pricing options available depending on the type of participant and the time of registration. The early bird registration deadline is May 20, 2016.

Registration fees

*Students applying for the Reduced Student Fee should ask their supervisors to send in parallel with the on-line registration a short letter by e-mail confirming their student status to info.ewla2016@ki.si. All the above fees include 22% V.A.T.

The Registration Fee for participants and students includes:

  • Entrance to the scientific session
  • Certificate of attendance
  • Congress folders, badge, Final Programme and Book of Abstracts
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunches on Wednesday, July 13, Thursday, July 14 and Friday, July 15
  • Icebreaker Reception on Tuesday, July 12
  • Afternoon Social Programme on Wednesday, July 13
  • Gala Dinner on Thursday, July 14

Confirmation of registration

Your registration will be confirmed when the payment of the Registration Fee is received by the organizers. Written confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address.

Cancellation and refund

All cancellations must be sent in writing to info.ewla2016@ki.si

Cancellation before May 1, 2016 – 50% of the amount paid will be refunded

Cancellation after May 1, 2016 – no refund will be given after this date

All refunds will be paid after the Conference.

Accommodation

The deadline for the special EWLA2016 accommodation offer is June 12, 2016. After that date, the organizers cannot guarantee the reservation of the listed hotels. Participants are advised to book well in advance due to the high season in July.
